1. About us
Comp Odds Tracker (compoddstracker.co.uk) is run by Derek Alexander Wheeler, trading as Comp Odds Tracker, 2 Springfield Gardens, Morganstown, Cardiff CF15 8LQ. Contact: hello@compoddstracker.co.uk.
2. What we do
Comp Odds Tracker is a free information service. It lists UK prize competitions run by other companies and shows our projected odds of winning. We do not run, sell entries to, or draw any competition. Every competition is run by its operator under the operator's own terms.
3. Age
You must be 18 or over to use Comp Odds Tracker. Competition operators set their own age and eligibility rules.
4. Odds and information
Odds shown are estimates calculated from data published by operators at the time shown. They change as tickets sell and are not a promise or guarantee of any result. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but operators can change prices, ticket numbers, closing times or draw rules without telling us. Always check the operator's own website and terms before you enter.
5. Your dealings with operators
If you enter a competition, your contract is with the operator, not with us. We are not responsible for an operator's conduct, prizes, draws, refunds or payments. Complaints about a competition should go to the operator first.
6. Links and affiliate links
Our site links to operators' websites. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you enter. This never changes our rankings. See how we make money.
7. Emails and alerts
If you sign up for emails or alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time. Paid plans, if we offer them, will have their own billing terms, which you'll see before you pay.
8. Acceptable use
Don't copy or scrape our data, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Our content
The site design, rankings and text belong to us. Operator names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their competitions.
10. Liability
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise, because the service is free and information-only, we are not liable for any loss from relying on odds or listings, entering a competition, or the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
